The Presto Hot Air Oven (Computerized) is a computerized, double walled equipment. The inside wall of the chamber is fabricated using heavy stainless steel and the outside wall is made of duly powder coated mild steel. The space between the two walls is filled with impartial mineral glass wool in order to ensure insulation. The temperature range of the instrument can be varied from Ambient to 250 C, with a temperature regulation of +1 C. A programmable digital temperature controller cum indicator is installed to achieve accuracy. The instrument is computerized with customized Thermo King Software. A special T/P action ensures that the temperature does not overshoot the designated level.
 
The Presto Hot Air oven incorporates a wide range of user friendly controls that ensure ease and comfort of operation. Heaters are installed not only in the ribs at the bottom but also in the sides of the chamber. The hot air blower and air circulation fan installed in the Presto Hot Air Oven ensure even temperature distribution. The equipment is fitted with a special port with adjustable openings. This has been provided to make way for change of air or for introducing an external sensor. A separate control panel housing all indicators has been installed on the right side of the main body, to aid better visual monitoring during use. Two adjustable stainless steel trays are provided for easing sample placement and storage.

The equipment has been given an autumn gray and blue combination paint finish and the chrome/zinc plating provides corrosion resistance. Presto also manufactures customized Hot Air ovens with Temperature range from ambient to 300 C, in various sizes. The instrument comes complete with an instruction manual, electric wiring diagram and a calibration certificate traceable to NABL approved labs.
