Hand Operated Wrap Reel

Wrap Reel is suitable for making accurate lengths of fabric in hank form for subsequent weighing and determination of count and strength. A digital preset counter is provided in the unit to set the desired number of meters or yards. The component can be supplied with 1 meter or 54" Collapsible swift to assist the operator for removal of reeled hanks. The component is fitted with automatic electromagnetic braking system, which arrests the swift in the correct position, when the desired length of the yarn has been reeled.

Wrap Reel Hand Operated is used to produce skeins of yarn of a predetermined length and number of turns for count and/or strength testing. The equipment is provided with a yarn package stand, a pre-tension device and predetermining electronic counter. Available with hand operated crank or electronic variable speed drive, with soft start and braking for accurate length determination.
