Damp Heat Test Chamber
is a specialized environmental testing device used to evaluate the durability and reliability of products, especially solar PV modules, under conditions of combined high temperature and high humidity for extended periods.

It simulates harsh, real-world tropical environments to determine if a product can withstand long-term penetration of moisture and temperature changes, thereby ensuring its longevity and quality. The test, often conducted according to standards like IEC 61215, subjects a product to elevated temperatures and relative humidity, such as 85°C and 85% RH, to identify potential degradation or failure points.
 
This Instrument enables damp Heat testing as per IEC 60068, ISO, JIS, and BIS standards, ensuring global compliance. With user-friendly programmable controls, highly stable humidity regulation, and robust construction, the Damp Heat cyclic test chamber delivers repeatable and accurate results for both cyclic and steady-state damp heat tests.

  • Steam Humidifier: Provides consistent humidity generation for reliable damp heat simulation.
  • Safety Features: Includes CO2 fire extinguisher, explosion-proof chains, pressure relief ports, and gas detectors for CO and H2
  • Optional Exhaust Valve: Helps safely release harmful gases generated during testing.
  • User-Friendly Controls: Programmable system for easy test setting, monitoring, and operation.
  • Advanced Humidity Control: Humidity range of 20 percent RH to 98 percent RH with fluctuation of 1.0 percent RH and uniformity of 2.0 percent RH for precise results.
  • Efficient Heating and Cooling: Heating rate of 3.0 to 5.0 degree celcius per minute and cooling rate of 2.0 to 3.0 degree celcius per minute ensure fast performance.
  • Wide Temperature Range: Operates from 0 degree celcius  to 100 degree celcius with stable fluctuation of 0.5 degree celcius and uniformity within 1.5 degree celcius to 2.0 degree celcius.
