Medical Syringe Push and Pull-Out Tester
This tester is a precision-built unit created to study the mechanical behaviour and handling performance of medical syringes. It is designed to measure two main forces:
1.Syringe Push Force: This records the axial load needed to move the plunger along the barrel while releasing fluid through the needle.
2.Syringe Pull-Out Force: This records the axial load required to separate the plunger from the barrel or to detach the needle or luer connection during a tensile load.
This tester helps the labs to check the smooth movement of plungers. It shows how steady the flow feels during use. It also verifies if the parts stay fixed tightly and the needle–luer joint remains under force strongly. It works with syringes from 1 mL to 60 mL. It also fits insulin, prefilled, and common disposable syringes.
A high-accuracy load cell, controlled test speed, and adjustable gripping fixtures create steady readings for each trial. The computerised option supports plotted graphs, stored records, batch logs, and quick Pass or Fail checks. This design suits medical-device lines, inspection units, and research teams.
