Presto Stantest design and manufacture high-quality of Tensile Testing Machine for Bahrain is designed mainly to calculate the maximum tensile strength that a product can bear before it breaks. The testing machine works on the principle of a constant rate of traverse i.e. CRT. The testing machine is designed with two jaws i.e. lower jaw or upper jaw. To perform the test efficiently using Tensile Testing machine, the test sample is fastened between the two clamps to move the clamps in opposite direction. This helps to measure the maximum tensile strength that a sample can bear. The testing machine is designed with user-friendly features and digital panel to operate the device and to ascertain the results in digital format.

Presto manufactures high-quality of Tensile Testing Machine for Bahrain. The testing machine is assembled with high-quality gearbox and leads screw arrangement. The testing machine is provided with the highly effective sensor which is attached to a load cell. The sensor of the load cell is proficient enough to measure the amount of load which is exerted on the stationary jaw and offers the reading in kilograms on the digital panel. The testing machine is provided with lead screw arrangement which ensures test durability and stability. The testing machine is provided with CE standard electrical wiring and standard branded motor. The testing device with highly modular construction ensures a trouble-free operation and maintenance.

The Tensile testing Machine is highly recommended for evaluating the tensile strength of products and materials. The equipment is based on the Constant Rate of Traverse (CRT) principle. It is equipped with an upper jaw and a lower jaw. Universal Tensile Testing Machine is a reliable piece of equipment which is widely used for checking tensile strength of a product/sample. One of the most common mechanical testing techniques used to determine tensile strength, this is a method wherein controlled tension is applied to a sample until it fully fails.

Thus, the material properties of the sample can be easily determined by this test. It involves measuring the force required to elongate a sample under test to breaking point. Using this test, manufacturers and quality managers are able to determine the core strength of their products.
