Ultra Low Deep Freezer-Touchscreen

Ultra Low Deep Freezer - Touch Screen is used for assessment of physical characteristics of materials like rubber and plastic at very low temperatures. It is a time-tested machine for environmental testing and simulation of severe environmental conditions. Equipped with CFC free refrigerants and air-cooled compressors, performs conditioning procedures required in rubber and plastic industries. The Ultra Low deep freezers come with washable condenser filters and aerodynamically shaped fan for maintaining cooling efficiency.

The internal chamber of the machine is made up of stainless steel and outer body is made up of mild steel. This makes the whole machine highly resistant to rust and increases the shelf life. The strong and sturdy body of the machines reduces the cost of maintenance considerably. The machine has aerodynamically shaped fans that ensure the consistent cooling throughout the machine. Apart from the fans, glass wool insulation is used to maintain the temperature of the chamber. It comes with tower styles 3 coloured alarm to alert the operator. The machine is made in strict accordance with ASTM testing standards. It comes with a calibration certificate traceable to NABL approved laboratories.
