Cross Hatch Adhesion Tester
The Cross Hatch Tester is a device that evaluates the adhesion strength. It examines the adhesion power of paints, coatings or any other treatments applied to surfaces ( like wood, plastic or metal).
A quick cut pattern( a crosshatch pattern) is made on the coated sample, and tape is applied. The adhesion strength becomes clear from how much coating stays in place. It is a fast and trusted method to evaluate coating quality in factories, automotive units, appliance plants, and various finishing lines.
