A Comparison test pump is an equipment that is used to calibrate pressure gauges against master pressure gauges. Master gauges are compared to Dead Weight Testers in regular intervals so that any shift in calibration can be detected. Two gauge connectors are given to help in connecting master gauge and the test gauge to the same hydraulic pressure. Screw Pump is used to create pressure in the Circuit. It allows simple and exact pressure setting.

Model PDW-1

Range: 0-100 kgf/cm2 and 0-1500 lbf/in2
It is given with huge capacity screw pump and detachable oil reservoir with an isolating valve in a simple line circuit which allows air to escape.

Model PDW-2

Range: 0-700 kgf/cm2 and 0-10000 lbf/in2
It is given with Priming Pump that is operated by a lever and continuously supplies oil to fill the huge gauges or the external piping. Ability to create 10% of the equipment range with isolating valves at the extremes. It creates a closed circuit to remove the air efficiently.

Model PDW-3

Range: 0-1000 kgf/cm2 and 0-15000 lbf/in2
It is given with a large sized Priming Pump and a huge oil reservoir to supply oil in a better way. A ball bearing in conical shape is provided at the front plate of the screw pump so that it can bear linear force when the value of pressure is increased.
