Bottles are one of the most widely used packaging products for fluid packaging. The most crucial part of these bottles is the bottle closures that ensure the integrity of these bottles and keep the fluid packed inside away from contamination and avoid leakage at the same time.

To achieve maximum consumer satisfaction it is vital for manufacturers to ensure that these bottle closures are firmly intact but at the same time should be easily opened when rotating force is applied to them.

The margin of achieving the perfect bottle closure is very narrow, therefore the torque tester is used to determine the angular force (torque) required to open a bottle closure with absolute facile.
