Anyone can operate the testing machine with ease due to its user-friendly features. There are two types of Box compression tester models designed for Indonesia; one is Digital Model, and other is Digital cum computerized model.

The specific design of Presto’s Box Compression Tester for Indonesia measures stacking ability, strength, and potential of the paper boards, cartons, paper cases, beehive crates and many more. The instrument provides maximum pressure on the specimens until the test sample collapse completely for a given period. This is done to determine the compression strength of the boxes. The primary use of this instrument is for the paper and packaging industries, testing laboratories and many more.

    • Different platform sizes are available for testing equipment so that maximum number of customers can fulfill their requirements: 450mm x 450mm, 600mm x 600mm and 1000mm x 1000mm
    • For effective testing of the corrugated box that have 500-kilogram force capacity and provides the least count 200 grams, model with platform size 450 x 450mm and 600 x 600mm can be used.
    • For effective testing of the corrugated box with 1000 kilogram-force capacity and provides the least count 500 grams, a model with platform size 1000 x 1000mm can be used.
    • Instrument dimension is 155cm x 115cm x 200cm (L x W x H).
    • The instrument performs the compression test.
    • A 3 HP motor is equipped in the instrument can easily operate on the power supply of single phase 220V.
    • The instrument works with the speed of 10 +/- 3mm/min and on the power consumption of 1KW
    • Net weight (Approx.) of the machine is 380kg, and after packaging gross weight is 480kg (Approx.)

    • The units of measurement of the instrument can be provided in N, kgf or lbs.
    • Digital display in machine displays initial pressure, maximum pressure, test numbering, and sample distortion.
