Test Bursting Strength of Paperboard with Higher Accuracy

From upwards the manual clamping exerts pressure and from the base, a flexible and inflating diaphragm.

 

 

In the display section, the user will find feather touch buttons for parameter setting. One can set the tare and peak hold value. Inbuilt Calibration lock is available. Using the same one can first calibrate and then lock the machine on that mode. Bursting Strength Tester has a single clamping head for testing multiple specimens, no need of continues head changing hassle. The rotating head for fixing the sample tight is manual. The base plate on which the sample is kept has a circular grooved structure. Bursting strength of paperboard requires a standard test with zero error, the grooved structure ensures that the specimen does not slip away during the bursting test. The main switch is there for getting on with the machine and a push button for starting the test cycle after sample clamping and setting test parameters. No need to get involved in complexities and use a single push button. Considered best for Paperboard.
