Featured Testing Standards for Presto Quality Solutions
Presto Stantest produces the complete set of mechanical testing equipment customized for general engineering use. Our systems are used in various countries within India and abroad by civil, electrical, electronic, materials, and mechanical engineering companies to measure such qualities as quality, strength, performance, and stability of the materials, components, and the final products.
We also have a number of flexible universal force and torque testers that can be used in the entire gamut of engineering problems. Big systems, including a 50kN twin-column compression and tension tester, are suitable where structural elements and heavy-duty components need to be tested. Small testers with capacities as low as 500 N and torque ranges to small proportions of Nm down to fractions of mNm on the other end serve to assure the accuracy of testing small parts and other microassemblies, as well as fragile materials.
All of our systems are connected to our powerful Emperor 0 control and analysis software that allows measuring forces and torques precisely, acquiring data in real-time, and advanced reporting. The force, displacement, and torque can be continuously monitored and recorded by the engineers, and reproducible and consistent results are obtained in the test through repeated cycles. Such a degree of control helps in R&D, quality assurance, and compliance testing; thus, optimizing designs and ensuring performance in operational conditions is easy.
Presto Stantest instruments can be set to meet as many as possible international standards, such as ASTM, BS EN, ISO, DIN, CEN, and VDI. This guarantees that all tests are internationally acceptable in terms of accuracy and reproducibility as well as safety. Where companies have their own in-house means of doing things (proprietary), our systems can be configured in a flexible way so as to give a consistent output, where internal requirements in quality maintenance are not compromised.
Presto Stantest has the capability to deliver reliable and adaptable solutions by integrating a solid mechanical design, measuring force and torque accurately, and through intelligent software management. Our tools assist the engineer with the validation of material properties, the determination of structural integrity, or the enhancement of small-scale component or large-assembly product behavior.
With more than 42 years of experience in mechanical testing, it is evident that Presto Stantest is still offering its trusted and cost-effective technical solutions, technologically, on the market, to domestic and global markets, through engineering applications. Such tools also enable manufacturers and research and development teams to produce high-quality results that are performance-oriented and that are also in conformance with the most rigorous required standards around the globe.

Tensile Testing Machine Digital
It is highly recommended for evaluating the tensile strength of products and materials. The equipment is based on the Constant Rate of Traverse (CRT) principle. It is equipped with an upper jaw and a lower jaw. Universal Tensile Testing Machine is a reliable piece of equipment which is widely used for checking tensile strength of a product/sample. One of the most common mechanical testing techniques used to determine tensile strength, this is a method wherein controlled tension is applied to a sample until it fully fails.
Thus, the material properties of the sample can be easily determined by this test. It involves measuring the force required to elongate a sample under test to breaking point. Using this test, manufacturers and quality managers are able to determine the core strength of their products.

UTM Machine – zeus ultimo 3
Presto Stantest Universal Testing Machine (UTM) is a load-testing instrument that pulls or pushes a sample to measure its strength. The word "universal" is there for a reason — the same machine handles tension, compression, bending, peeling and shear, depending on the grip and fixture you fit to it.
Most people use it for tensile tests, where a specimen is gripped at both ends and slowly pulled apart. The force needed to break the sample tells you its strength, and the amount it stretches before breaking tells you about its flexibility. That is why the equipment is also known as a Universal Tensile Tester or a Universal tensile strength tester — the tensile test is its most common job.
In short, if you want one honest answer to "how strong is this material?", a tensile testing machine of this kind is the tool that gives it.
